Lykora Public Website and Waitlist

These Terms govern the current public Lykora website and waitlist. They do not grant access to the Lykora Product, Private Alpha, paid services, or any future program.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Masters Labs LLC (“Masters Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of lykora.net and other public Lykora website pages we control (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, joining a waitlist, or submitting feedback through a Site feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit information through it.
2. About Masters Labs and Lykora
Masters Labs LLC is a South Carolina limited liability company. Lykora is a product and brand of Masters Labs. The Site provides public information about Lykora, development progress, waitlists, and related community opportunities.
3. Pre-Launch Status and Separate Product Terms
Lykora is in active development. The Site is not the Lykora Product and does not currently provide public Product accounts, paid subscriptions, developer API access, or public Sandbox access.
Descriptions of planned features, Private Alpha, Sandbox access, developer tools, Teams functionality, pricing concepts, crowdfunding, launch timing, or other future plans are statements of direction unless expressly identified as completed and available. Masters Labs may change, delay, limit, or discontinue any plan, feature, program, benefit, or launch without creating an obligation to you.
Campaign contributions and rewards are governed by the applicable campaign and platform terms. These website roadmap disclaimers do not replace those terms or the commitments expressly made in the campaign.
If you are later offered access to a private alpha, beta, paid Lykora service, developer platform, or other Product capability, additional terms and privacy notices may apply. Those additional terms will control for that access.
Separate terms and privacy notices will be provided before any such access is offered. Applicable Product terms must be accepted before participation.
4. Eligibility
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. You may not submit personal information if you are under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Site only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. Limited Permission to Use the Site
Subject to these Terms, Masters Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the Site for lawful personal or internal business informational purposes.
You may share ordinary links to public Site pages. You may not copy, republish, frame, scrape, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit substantial Site content, branding, graphics, or design without written permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Waitlists and Email Communications
When you join a Lykora waitlist, including any early-access or Founding Member interest list, you are expressing interest only. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee Product access, selection for testing, launch timing, pricing, discounts, benefits, Founding Member status, or any future commercial right.
You agree that Masters Labs may send the emails you requested, including confirmation, development, community, launch, or related Lykora updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Official Community and Third-Party Platforms
The Site may link to an official Lykora community on Discord or other third-party platforms. Your use of a third-party platform is governed by that platform’s terms and privacy policies in addition to any Lykora community rules.
Public community membership does not grant Lykora Product access, Private Alpha access, staff status, ownership, equity, pricing rights, or special commercial benefits. Masters Labs may moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove participation from official community spaces where reasonably necessary to protect the community, enforce rules, or comply with law.
8. Feedback and Suggestions
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, comments, designs, workflows, or other feedback about Lykora or the Site (“Feedback”), you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.
You retain any ownership you may have in your Feedback. You grant Masters Labs a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, perform, develop from, and otherwise use the Feedback for any lawful purpose, including improving, developing, marketing, and commercializing Lykora and related products or services, without compensation or attribution. Do not submit Feedback that you expect us to treat as confidential.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Site to:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, or the rights of another person;
- send spam, scams, phishing, malware, deceptive promotions, or malicious links;
- impersonate Masters Labs, Lykora staff, another user, or any person or organization;
- probe, scan, test, disrupt, overload, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, accounts, APIs, repositories, credentials, or connected services;
- circumvent security, rate, access, or technical restrictions;
- collect or scrape personal information or Site content through unauthorized automated means;
- upload or transmit viruses, harmful code, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
- use the Site in a way that could damage Masters Labs, Lykora, the community, or another person.
10. Intellectual Property and Brand Rights
The Site and its content, design, software, text, graphics, logos, marks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Masters Labs or its contributors and licensors, subject to applicable third-party rights. No ownership right is transferred to you by these Terms.
Lykora, Masters Labs, associated names, the Lykora crest or marks, and related branding may be trademarks or service marks of Masters Labs to the extent protectable. Do not use them in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, ownership, or official status. No use of the registration symbol is implied unless a mark is actually registered.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may depend on or link to services operated by third parties, including hosting, email, and community platforms. Masters Labs does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms.
12. No Professional, Investment, or Reliance Advice
The Site is provided for general informational and development-community purposes. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, security, compliance, or other professional advice.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell equity, securities, investment interests, revenue sharing, or financial returns. Public descriptions, demonstrations, roadmaps, and development updates are not guarantees and should not be relied on as promises of future performance or availability.
13. Site Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, withdraw, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Site, waitlist, community links, or content at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, preservation of all content, or compatibility with every device or browser.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MASTERS LABS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
MASTERS LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ANY DESCRIPTION OF LYKORA WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES, OR THAT ANY PLANNED PRODUCT, FEATURE, PROGRAM, ACCESS, PRICE, OR LAUNCH WILL OCCUR.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASTERS LABS AND ITS MEMBER, CONTRACTORS, CONTRIBUTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SECURITY LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF MASTERS LABS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MASTERS LABS FOR THE SITE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Masters Labs and its member, contractors, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your Feedback or other submission, or your violation of another person’s rights.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access to Site features, waitlists, or official community spaces if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, abused the Site, or harmed the community. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state courts located in York County, South Carolina, or the federal courts serving York County, and each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Masters Labs regarding the public Site, unless additional written terms apply to a specific feature or future Product access.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Masters Labs may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the relevant business or assets.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Site.
